Psychology Teacher – Exciting KS4 & KS5 Role at a Colchester School
We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Colchester. The school is seeking an ambitious educator who can inspire students to explore human behaviour, psychological research and the factors that influence individuals and society.
The successful candidate will teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5, supporting students to develop the analytical, evaluative and critical-thinking skills needed to succeed in their examinations.

Experience and Qualifications
Psychology Teacher with the ability to teach KS4 and KS5.
Strong subject knowledge across the Psychology curriculum.
Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Psychology is desirable.
A formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.
Ability to develop students' analytical, evaluative and critical-thinking skills.
Strong understanding of assessment and examination requirements.
Ability to use contemporary examples to make Psychology engaging and relevant.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to supporting students' academic and personal development.
Legal ability to work within the UK.
