A performing arts college in Thetford is seeking an ambitious Drama and Theatre Studies Teacher. The successful candidate will deliver practical and academic theatre education while helping students build confidence and expressive skills.
The Role
Drama Teaching: Deliver practical Drama across KS3 and GCSE.
Theatre Studies: Teach performance analysis and theatre practitioners at KS5.
Speech Coaching: Support voice, articulation and public-speaking development.
Production Work: Contribute to school performances and showcases.
Creative Projects: Lead devising, scriptwriting and collaborative performance work.
The Candidate
Relevant Degree: A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies or Performing Arts.
Performance Expertise: Strong knowledge of acting, directing and voice.
Creative Leadership: Experience managing productions or performance projects.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Inspiration: Ability to motivate students and encourage creativity.
