The Role

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, and interactive classroom displays.

• Systems Maintenance: Regularly monitor, update, and maintain school servers, Wi-Fi networks, cybersecurity protocols, and backups to stringent standards.

• Classroom & Staff Support: Provide responsive, user-friendly technical assistance to teachers and students during lessons and daily operations.

• Hardware & Software Deployment: Configure, image, and install new devices, operating systems, and educational software suites.

• Asset Management & Security: Maintain accurate IT inventory logs, manage user access permissions, and enforce data protection and cybersecurity policies (e.g., GDPR).
