MFL Teacher – Independent School | Solihull

An established independent school in Solihull is seeking an MFL Teacher to join its Languages department. The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire students to develop confidence in French and/or Spanish and who enjoys contributing to a wider school community. The position is available from September.

The Role

  • Teach French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver engaging and appropriately challenging lessons.

  • Prepare students for GCSE examinations.

  • Encourage confident use of the target language.

  • Contribute to trips, enrichment and extracurricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold QTS and a relevant language qualification.

  • Have strong subject knowledge.

  • Be an engaging and confident classroom practitioner.

  • Have high expectations of students.

  • Be willing to contribute to wider school life.
