Spanish Teacher – Outstanding Secondary School | Coventry

A highly regarded secondary school in Coventry is seeking a Spanish Teacher to join its successful MFL department. Spanish is a popular subject within the school, and the department is committed to developing students' linguistic ability alongside their understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures. The vacancy is available from January.

The Role

  • Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver engaging lessons covering speaking, listening, reading and writing.

  • Prepare students for GCSE examinations.

  • Assess and monitor student progress.

  • Support the wider Languages curriculum and enrichment programme.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold QTS and a relevant language degree.

  • Have strong Spanish subject knowledge.

  • Be confident teaching GCSE Spanish.

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management.

  • Be enthusiastic about language and cultural education.
