A high-performing secondary school in Derby is looking for a History Teacher to join its Humanities department. The Role
Teach History across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver engaging lessons across a range of historical periods and topics.
Prepare GCSE students for examinations.
Monitor attainment and provide effective feedback.
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
The Ideal Candidate
Hold QTS and a relevant History degree.
Have strong subject knowledge.
Be confident teaching GCSE History.
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management.
Have a commitment to high standards and student progress.
