A well-established secondary school in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a part-time Spanish Teacher for a fixed-term appointment. The successful candidate will join a supportive MFL faculty and contribute to strong student progress.
The Role
Spanish Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and GCSE.
Language Development: Build confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Examination Support: Prepare students for GCSE assessments and oral examinations.
Cultural Learning: Introduce students to Spanish and Latin American culture.
Department Support: Contribute to planning, assessment and enrichment.
The Candidate
Relevant Degree: A degree in Spanish, Modern Languages or a related subject.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written Spanish.
Teaching Expertise: Strong knowledge of GCSE Spanish requirements.
Engagement: Ability to create lively and purposeful lessons.
