ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you want your subject to be the highlight of a student's week? We're looking for a Computer Science Teacher to join a thriving, Ofsted-Outstanding secondary school in the heart of Hackney. A place where curiosity is encouraged, colleagues genuinely have each other's backs, and great teaching is given the time and space it deserves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver inspiring, well-structured Computer Science lessons across KS4 and KS5.
Bring the subject to life — from programming and algorithms to computational thinking — in ways that stretch and motivate every learner.
Assess, track, and support student progress, using data to shape your teaching.
Contribute to the wider life of the Computing department and the school community.
Build positive, respectful relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.
The ability (or readiness) to teach Computer Science at KS4 and KS5.
Genuine passion, drive, and a commitment to helping young people succeed.
