Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational Primary Teacher to join a successful and well-regarded primary school in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to participate, develop confidence and achieve their potential.
You will join a collaborative team of teachers and support staff who work closely together to ensure pupils receive a consistent and engaging education. The school places a strong emphasis on high expectations, effective behaviour management, inclusion and the wellbeing of both pupils and staff.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports effective learning.
Assess pupil understanding and use assessment information to inform future planning.
Monitor and track pupil progress and provide appropriate intervention where required.
Provide constructive feedback to pupils to support their academic development.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
Establish high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.
Develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
Support pupils' social, emotional and pastoral development.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff.
Participate in parents' evenings, staff meetings, training and wider school activities.
Contribute to extracurricular activities, educational visits and enrichment opportunities.
Maintain accurate records relating to assessment, attendance and pupil progress.
Follow school safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour policies consistently.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Primary Teacher with the ability to teach KS1 and/or KS2
Formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as PGCE
Strong knowledge of the UK Primary National Curriculum
Excellent lesson planning and classroom management skills
Ability to differentiate effectively and support pupils with diverse needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Experience teaching within a UK primary school desirable
ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
Overseas-trained teachers with QTS encouraged to apply
