Our client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Science and can inspire students through engaging practical and theoretical lessons.
The successful Science Teacher will be expected to teach KS3 and KS4 Science, with opportunities to teach a specialist subject at GCSE depending on experience and departmental requirements. You will be joining a well-established Science department with excellent laboratory facilities, specialist resources and a strong culture of collaboration.
The school welcomes applications from experienced Science Teachers and ECTs. Overseas-trained teachers with an appropriate formal teaching qualification and QTS are also encouraged to apply.

Experience and Qualifications
Science Teacher able to teach KS3 and KS4
Strong general Science knowledge
Biology, Chemistry or Physics specialism desirable
Relevant degree and formal teaching qualification with QTS
Ability to deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons
Strong classroom and behaviour management
Commitment to high standards of teaching and student achievement
Experience preparing students for GCSE examinations desirable
Right to work in the UK
