This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical art, design, photography or creative industry experience who enjoys working in a busy educational environment.

The successful Art Technician will provide essential technical and practical support to teachers and students, helping to prepare lessons, organise materials, maintain specialist equipment and ensure art spaces are safe, clean and ready for learning.

You will work across a variety of artistic disciplines and may have the opportunity to support projects involving drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, textiles and mixed media.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in an art, design, photography or creative environment desirable

• Awareness of health and safety requirements

• Creative and enthusiastic approach to supporting young people

• Relevant Art, Design, Photography or creative qualification desirable
