The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that encourage students to think critically and apply their knowledge to real-world situations.

About the Role

The successful Business Teacher will teach across KS4 and KS5, delivering well-structured lessons that challenge students and support strong academic progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons

• Teaching GCSE and A Level Business

• Preparing students effectively for examinations

• Assessing and monitoring student progress

• Encouraging independent learning and critical thinking

• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom expectations

• Contributing to departmental planning and wider school activities

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Degree in Business or a related subject

• Strong subject knowledge

• Experience teaching Business at secondary level

• Ability to teach confidently through KS5

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A genuine passion for Business and education
