Our client is currently recruiting a committed Sociology Teacher to join a well-regarded mixed secondary school in Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Sociology at A Level, working alongside a knowledgeable and approachable Head of Department who is keen to support new members of staff in developing their practice. The department has built a strong track record of examination success and offers a well-resourced, collaborative environment in which to teach. Staff are given the freedom to bring creativity and subject expertise into their lessons, supported by a leadership team that values innovation in teaching and learning. This role would suit an experienced Sociology specialist or an Early Career Teacher looking to join a school that genuinely invests in staff development.
