About the Role

The successful Maths Teacher will teach across KS3 to KS5, delivering well-planned lessons that challenge students while providing appropriate support to meet individual needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons

• Teaching across KS3, KS4 and KS5

• Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations

• Assessing and monitoring student progress

• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom expectations

• Contributing to departmental planning and wider school activities

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Degree in Maths or a related subject

• Strong subject knowledge

• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

• Ability to teach confidently through KS5

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A genuine passion for Mathematics and education
