This full-time, permanent position involves delivering dynamic Business Studies courses across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level and BTEC vocational pathways).
The role is well-suited to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners eager to bring real-world business concepts, marketing strategies, and financial management to life. You will join a collaborative faculty dedicated to equipping young people with essential entrepreneurial and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Teaching: Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across GCSE, A-Level, and vocational qualifications, combining theoretical business models with real-world case studies.
Student Outcomes: Monitor student progress, offer targeted exam-technique support, and guide Sixth Form students through coursework and examination requirements.
Curriculum Enrichment: Contribute to departmental resources, integrate digital business tools into lessons, and mentor student projects such as enterprise competitions.
Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business Studies, Management, Economics, or a related discipline alongside QTS or PGCE.
Skills: Strong subject knowledge across marketing, finance, human resources, and operations, combined with effective classroom management.
