About the Role
The Teaching Assistant will play an important role in supporting pupils throughout the school day. You will work alongside class teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment while providing additional support where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with their learning and development
Providing one-to-one and small-group assistance
Helping teachers prepare and deliver classroom activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Supporting pupils to develop confidence and independence
Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
