Working with Teaching Staff

You will regularly support teachers with behaviour concerns.

This could involve responding to an incident, helping a student return to learning or providing information about an existing behaviour plan.

You should be able to communicate professionally with teachers and avoid undermining classroom staff. The aim is to provide practical support while maintaining consistent expectations across the school.

Parents and Carers

Behaviour Manager - Experience and Requirements
