Are you an experienced IT Technician looking for your next exciting opportunity? An Independent School in Ipswich is looking for a dedicated IT Technician to join its growing technical team.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support.

  • Resolve Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking issues.

  • Install and support PCs, software and other IT equipment.

  • Assist with upgrades, migrations and IT projects.

  • Provide basic support for servers, backups and security systems.

  • Record and manage support requests through to resolution.

What We're Looking For
