A successful school in Windsor is seeking a caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its team on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with a strong interest in supporting pupils with additional needs. You will play an important role in helping pupils access learning, develop their confidence and make positive progress.

About the Role

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and the wider support team, providing targeted support to pupils with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs

• Helping pupils engage positively with lessons and activities

• Adapting support to meet individual pupil needs

• Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour

• Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils

• A commitment to inclusive education

• Relevant SEN or Teaching Assistant experience would be advantageous
