About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development

• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required

• Helping pupils remain focused and engaged in lessons

• Supporting classroom organisation and preparation

• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil confidence
