IT Technician - High-Achieving School in Liverpool
A high-achieving school in Liverpool is seeking a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join its support team on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start.

About the Role
The successful IT Technician will provide day-to-day technical support across the school, helping to maintain IT systems, equipment and infrastructure. You will work closely with staff and students to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing first-line technical support to staff and students
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Supporting the installation and maintenance of IT equipment
Managing and responding to technical support requests
Assisting with the upkeep of school networks and systems
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school's IT provision

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in an IT support or technician role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of hardware, software and network systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience within an education setting would be advantageous
