The Role

A successful secondary school in Peterborough is seeking an ambitious and engaging Business Studies Teacher to join its department.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach Business Studies across KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on experience.

You will deliver lessons that allow pupils to understand business theory while applying concepts to real-world organisations and current commercial issues.

The school is looking for a teacher who can encourage pupils to think critically, analyse business scenarios and develop strong evaluation skills.

You will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment and departmental development while working alongside experienced colleagues.

Experience & Qualifications

• Qualified Business Studies Teacher with QTS

• Ability to teach Business Studies at KS4

• KS5 experience would be advantageous

• Strong subject knowledge and commercial awareness

• Ability to develop students' analytical and evaluative skills

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Legal ability to work in the UK
