About the Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Science Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Southend-on-Sea.
The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated Science department committed to delivering engaging, challenging and accessible lessons. You will be expected to teach across KS3 and KS4, helping pupils develop both their scientific knowledge and practical skills.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about their subject and confident in creating lessons that encourage pupils to ask questions, investigate scientific concepts and develop their understanding.
You will contribute to planning, assessment and curriculum development while working closely with colleagues to ensure students make strong academic progress.

Experience & Qualifications
Qualified Science Teacher with QTS
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
Strong understanding of the secondary Science curriculum
Confident classroom management skills
Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
Strong communication and organisational skills
Legal ability to work in the UK
