The Role

You will be responsible for preparing practical resources, maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring lessons can be delivered safely and effectively. Duties will include:

• Preparing apparatus, chemicals and materials for lessons.

• Setting up and clearing away practical activities.

• Maintaining laboratory equipment and stock levels.

• Supporting teachers and students during experiments.

• Ensuring safe handling and storage of chemicals.

• Maintaining clean, safe and well-organised laboratories.

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for someone who is organised, reliable and safety-conscious, with either a science background or relevant practical experience. Previous school or laboratory experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
