Wayman Education is recruiting for a passionate RE Teacher to join an inclusive secondary school in Huddersfield. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach Religious Education across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5 teaching for an appropriately experienced candidate. The school is seeking a teacher who can create thoughtful, engaging lessons that encourage pupils to explore religion, ethics, philosophy and contemporary issues.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Religious Studies, Theology or related subject

PGCE or QTS

Experience teaching RE to KS3/KS4

Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

Salary

The salary for this RE Teacher position will be paid to scale on the MPS/UPS range.
