The Opportunity

We are looking to register experienced and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teachers for daily supply opportunities across Kingston.

This is not a permanent or full-time position. Teachers will be offered day-to-day supply assignments based on their availability, experience, preferred locations and the needs of local schools.

Assignments may involve individual cover days or short blocks, providing flexibility while allowing you to continue developing students' practical and creative skills.

The Role

As a Daily Supply Design & Technology Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that combine creative thinking, technical knowledge and practical skills.

Lesson Delivery: Deliver well-structured Design & Technology lessons across the relevant Key Stages.

Practical Skills: Support students with designing, making, modelling and evaluating products using appropriate materials and processes.

Health & Safety: Ensure practical activities are carried out safely and in accordance with school procedures and workshop expectations.

Student Engagement: Encourage students to develop their own ideas, solve problems creatively and take pride in their practical work.

Professional Responsibilities: Follow school policies, communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain professional standards throughout each assignment.
