Sociology Teacher - High-Achieving School in Stafford
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and knowledgeable Sociology Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Stafford. The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging Sociology lessons and inspire students to develop a strong understanding of society, culture and social issues. This is a full-time position with an ASAP start and would suit either an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to establish themselves within a supportive department.
The Role
The successful Sociology Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5, helping students develop strong analytical, evaluative and essay-writing skills. You will be expected to plan engaging lessons that encourage students to question different sociological perspectives and apply theoretical concepts to contemporary society.
