Our client is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join a successful mixed secondary school in Hertfordshire. The successful applicant will be expected to teach Psychology across KS4, delivering engaging lessons that encourage students to explore psychological theories, research and real-world applications.

The department is well resourced and benefits from supportive leadership and a collaborative team of teaching professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Teacher who is passionate about their subject and committed to helping students achieve strong outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Psychology Teacher with the ability to teach KS4

  • Formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE

  • Strong Psychology subject knowledge

  • Ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons

  • Excellent classroom-management skills

  • Legal ability to work within the UK
