Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a mixed secondary school in Southend-on-Sea. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Science across KS3 and KS4 and contribute to the continued success of a thriving department.

The Science department is well equipped and supported by an experienced and approachable Head of Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher to join a collaborative team within a school that values high-quality teaching and professional development.

The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers and ECTs, as well as overseas teachers holding a recognised formal teaching qualification.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Science Teacher with the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4

  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom-management skills

  • Legal ability to work within the UK
