An academically ambitious Independent Secondary School in Nottingham is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sociology Teacher to join its successful Social Sciences Department. The role involves teaching GCSE and A-Level Sociology, with a strong focus on critical thinking, research methods and examination preparation. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Sociology lessons across KS4-KS5

  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations

  • Encourage discussion, debate and independent thinking
