A rural secondary academy near Braintree is seeking an English Teacher to join its established English department. The school educates pupils aged 11–18 and offers a broad curriculum with a strong focus on literacy and independent learning. You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3–KS5 and support examination preparation. The successful teacher should have excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management and a passion for helping students become confident readers and writers. The successful candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and a professional approach to planning and assessment. A relevant teaching qualification and secondary teaching experience are desirable.
