A welcoming Church of England academy in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Geography Teacher to cover maternity leave. The school serves pupils aged 11–18 and combines academic ambition with a strong emphasis on character and community. You will teach physical and human Geography across KS3–KS5, using case studies and geographical enquiry to develop understanding. The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, organised and confident teaching examination groups. The successful candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and a professional approach to planning and assessment. A relevant teaching qualification and secondary teaching experience are desirable.
