A large secondary academy in Stevenage is recruiting an English Teacher for a temporary full-time position. The school serves pupils aged 11–16 and has a strong focus on literacy, attendance and raising achievement. You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3–KS4 and help students develop analytical and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be resilient, well organised and able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of learners. The successful candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and a professional approach to planning and assessment. A relevant teaching qualification and secondary teaching experience are desirable.
