A high-achieving grammar school in Chelmsford is looking for an RE Teacher to join its established humanities faculty. The school educates pupils aged 11–18 and encourages critical thinking, independent study and respectful debate. You will teach religious studies, philosophy and ethics across KS3–KS5 and prepare students for examinations. The successful teacher should have excellent subject knowledge and be confident challenging academically able pupils. The successful candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and a professional approach to planning and assessment. A relevant teaching qualification and secondary teaching experience are desirable.
