The role would suit a passionate teacher who can inspire students to understand economic theory and apply it to current affairs and real-world situations. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons across KS4 and KS5

• Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A-Level examinations

• Develop analytical, evaluative and critical-thinking skills

• Use current economic events to enrich classroom learning

• Assess and monitor student progress

• Provide constructive feedback and support

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge in Economics

• Experience teaching Economics at secondary level

• Strong communication and organisational skills
