Our client is looking to appoint a dedicated Sociology Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Harlow. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Sociology across KS4 and KS5 and will play an important role in supporting students to develop their understanding of sociological perspectives, research methods and contemporary social issues.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Sociology Teacher with the ability to teach KS4 and KS5

  • GCSE and/or A-Level Sociology teaching experience

  • Formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

  • Legal ability to work within the UK
