The school is seeking a committed teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, build strong relationships and maintain high expectations across the classroom.

This secondary school is based in Birmingham and provides a broad and ambitious curriculum for students aged 11–16. The English department is well established and works collaboratively to secure strong progress. Staff are encouraged to share ideas, develop their practice and contribute to wider school life.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in English or related subject

PGCE with QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience teaching English across KS3/4

Salary

MPS/UPS, dependent on experience, for the successful candidate.
