Administration Team

Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the school.
Act as one of the first points of contact for parents, visitors and other members of the school community.

Deal with general email correspondence and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate member of staff.
Welcome visitors to the school and follow relevant signing-in and safeguarding procedures.
Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure information is kept up to date.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of letters, forms, notices and other school communications.
Support staff with photocopying, printing, filing and general administrative tasks.
Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems.
Assist with student-related administration and documentation.
Support the organisation of school meetings, events and appointments.
Liaise with parents and carers regarding general administrative queries.
Assist with admissions and student information where required.
Update internal systems and databases accurately.
Help maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive student, family and staff information.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist with maintaining inventories and ordering office supplies.
Support attendance-related administration when required.
Assist senior and administrative staff with reports, spreadsheets and general documentation.
Ensure routine office tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
Contribute positively to the wider administrative team.
Person Specification
