We’ll discuss your specialist subject, experience and preferred Key Stages during registration and focus on finding assignments that suit you.

You’ll only be offered work within your specialist subject or other subjects you’re genuinely comfortable teaching, with opportunities up to KS4/KS5 depending on your experience.

You won’t be expected to teach outside your area of expertise.

What You’ll Do

Assignments can range from individual days to short blocks of cover. You’ll be expected to:

• Deliver lessons using existing plans and resources

• Teach within your agreed subject area

• Maintain a positive classroom environment

• Manage behaviour confidently

• Follow school procedures and expectations

• Adapt quickly to different classes and schools

• Work professionally with permanent staff

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or recognised equivalent

• Recent secondary teaching experience

• Strong classroom management skills

• Confidence teaching your specialist subject

• Experience teaching relevant Key Stages

• Reliable and professional approach

• Flexibility around your availability

• Valid legal right to work in the UK
