We’re currently registering secondary teachers across all subjects for daily supply opportunities in Haringey, with schools looking for teachers who can support them with short-term and day-to-day cover.

We’re looking for teachers who are available to start ASAP and are comfortable stepping into different secondary school environments at short notice. With schools regularly needing additional cover, this is a good time to register your interest and be considered for suitable assignments as they become available.

How Daily Supply Works

Daily supply gives you the flexibility to work around your own availability. We’ll speak with you about the days you’re available, the schools you’re interested in and the type of work you’re looking for.

Assignments can be anything from a single day of cover to several consecutive days, depending on school requirements.

You’ll be expected to quickly settle into each school, follow the information provided and maintain a positive classroom environment throughout the day.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from qualified secondary teachers from any subject background.

You should have:

• QTS or a recognised equivalent

• Previous experience teaching in a secondary school

• Confident classroom management skills

• The ability to adapt quickly to different schools and classes

• A reliable and professional approach

• Strong communication skills

• The confidence to teach from existing lesson plans

• Flexibility around your availability

• A valid legal right to work in the UK

A Quick Note About References

If you are shortlisted for registration, you must be happy for us to contact your referees as part of our compliance process.

We’ll discuss your references with you during registration before contacting them, but suitable references will need to be available before you can be placed into schools.
