Role Overview

As a specialist Computer Science Supply Teacher, you will step into pre-planned Computing, IT, and Computer Science lessons across various secondary settings in Oxford. Key Responsibilities

• Execute pre-set Computer Science lesson plans across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level)

• Assist pupils with coding logic, syntax troubleshooting (particularly Python), and theoretical data structures

• Maintain a secure, productive, and focused learning environment across computer suites and IT labs

• Enforce school digital safety policies, computer usage rules, and classroom behavior expectations

• Complete electronic attendance registers accurately at the start of each period

• Leave structured written feedback and handover notes for returning departmental staff
