We are seeking an inspirational, creative and experienced Head of Art to lead a successful and thriving Art department. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, deliver outstanding Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 and play a key role in developing the department's curriculum, teaching and student outcomes.
This is an exciting full-time leadership opportunity for an ambitious Art Teacher looking to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for supporting colleagues, monitoring standards, developing schemes of work and ensuring students receive an engaging and challenging Art education.

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified Art Teacher with QTS
• Experience teaching Art across KS3 & KS4
• Previous experience of leading a department or subject area is desirable
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Art education
• Legal ability to work within the UK
