We’re looking for someone who can create an energetic and inclusive Drama environment.
The Role
• Teaching: Deliver Drama lessons across KS3–KS5.
• Performance: Develop acting, improvisation, devising, and performance skills.
• Confidence: Help students become more confident communicators.
• Exam Preparation: Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Drama assessments.
• Productions: Support school productions, performances, and showcases.
• Creativity: Encourage students to experiment and develop their own ideas.
• Enrichment: Contribute to Drama clubs and extracurricular activities.
The Candidate
• Performing Arts Background: A Drama, Theatre, or Performing Arts qualification would be advantageous.
• Creative: Able to develop imaginative and practical lessons.
• Strong Practitioner: Confident directing and teaching performance.
• Good Communicator: Able to build strong relationships with students.
• Positive Role Model: Encouraging, patient, and enthusiastic.
