Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality GCSE/BTEC and A-Level units in Business Studies and Economics

• Foster financial literacy, quantitative data interpretation, market analysis, and strategic business evaluation

• Lead enterprise initiatives, such as Young Enterprise teams, Student Investor challenges, and stock market simulation clubs

• Track pupil progress using data-driven intervention to target high GCSE, BTEC, and A-Level examination outcomes

• Build links with local business networks to facilitate corporate workplace visits and guest speaker sessions

• Serve as a Form Tutor and contribute to the school's extra-curricular and pastoral framework

• Utilize digital business simulation suites to enhance interactive, case-study-based classroom learning

• Support the ongoing administrative and strategic development of the Business & Economics department

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will feature:
