Key Responsibilities
Teach high-impact Sociology lessons across Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level)
Equip students with analytical essay-writing, source evaluation, research methodology critique, and theoretical debate skills
Mentor Sixth Form pupils applying for competitive university courses in Sociology, Criminology, Law, and Social Policy
Contribute to departmental debate societies, guest speaker events, mock trials, and social research projects
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, preparing examination classes for high-level A-Level attainment
Fulfill pastoral duties as a Form Tutor within the school community, supporting pupil tracking and personal development
Collaborate with departmental colleagues to refine schemes of work and digital exam resources
Support the day-to-day operations and academic growth of the Social Sciences department

Candidate Requirements
