We are looking to register enthusiastic Business Studies Teachers for daily supply opportunities across Harrow from September 2026.

If you're looking for greater flexibility without committing to a permanent position, daily supply can be a great way to continue teaching while having more control over your working week. Assignments will vary depending on your availability and the needs of local schools.

A Supply Role Built Around Your Availability

This is not a permanent vacancy. We are building a network of Business Studies Teachers who are interested in day-to-day and short-term cover.

Assignments may range from a single day to several days or a short-term block. You can let us know when you're available and which opportunities work for you.

What You'll Bring to the Classroom

As a Supply Business Studies Teacher, you'll be expected to:

Deliver Lessons: Deliver clear and engaging Business Studies lessons using the plans and resources provided by the school.

Manage the Classroom: Maintain a positive learning environment and high standards of behaviour across different classes.

Adapt Quickly: Confidently step into different schools and familiarise yourself with their routines and expectations.

Support Students: Encourage participation, check understanding and provide appropriate support throughout lessons.

Work Professionally: Follow safeguarding procedures, school policies and the professional expectations of each school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent where applicable

• Experience teaching Business Studies at the relevant Key Stages

• Strong classroom management skills

• Reliability and professionalism

• A genuine commitment to students' learning and development
