Adapt With Confidence: Quickly familiarise yourself with different school environments, routines and expectations.

Keep Students Learning: Check understanding, provide appropriate feedback and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the lesson.

Work Professionally: Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour expectations while working effectively alongside permanent staff.
