The Role

• Deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3–KS5.

• Develop students' confidence in performance and communication.

• Teach characterisation, voice, movement, improvisation and staging.

• Support GCSE and A-Level Drama students where required.

• Explore a range of plays, practitioners and theatrical styles.

• Encourage students to develop their own creative ideas.

• Contribute to school productions, drama clubs and theatre trips.

• Create a classroom where students feel comfortable performing and trying new things.

The Candidate

We're looking for an enthusiastic Drama Teacher with strong subject knowledge and a positive approach to working with young people.

A relevant degree and teaching qualification would be desirable, along with experience of GCSE or A-Level Drama.

You should be able to manage practical lessons confidently while creating an environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
