The Opportunity

We are looking to register experienced and enthusiastic English Teachers for daily supply opportunities across Surrey.

This is not a permanent or full-time position. Instead, teachers will be offered day-to-day supply assignments based on their availability, experience, preferred locations, and the needs of local schools.

Daily supply can provide excellent flexibility while still allowing you to make a genuine difference in the classroom. You could find yourself supporting different classes and working within a variety of school communities, with no long-term commitment required.

The Role

As a Daily Supply English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured English lessons while maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment.

Classroom Teaching: Deliver prepared English lessons clearly and confidently, ensuring students remain engaged and supported throughout the lesson.

Classroom Management: Establish positive relationships with students and maintain high standards of behaviour, even when working in an unfamiliar classroom.

Lesson Delivery: Follow existing lesson plans and school expectations while using your own teaching expertise to ensure lessons run effectively.

Assessment & Feedback: Support students with their learning, check understanding, and provide appropriate feedback where required.

Professional Responsibilities: Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and expectations while working collaboratively with permanent members of staff.
