We’re looking for an exceptional Geography Teacher to join a good secondary school in Watford.

This role would suit someone who enjoys their subject and likes helping students understand the world around them.

The Role

  • Teach Geography across KS3–KS4.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons.

  • Support students with GCSE preparation.

  • Develop students’ geographical knowledge, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Bring current events and real-world examples into lessons.

  • Get involved in trips, fieldwork, clubs, or wider Geography activities.

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a relevant Geography degree and teaching qualification.

  • Has strong subject knowledge.

  • Can make Geography interesting and relevant.

  • Is confident teaching GCSE.

  • Builds positive relationships with students.

  • Is enthusiastic and willing to get involved with the wider department.
